Hi, I'm Sophia. Sharing your experience with a non-judgmental and supportive person can be so useful. In addition to my graduate degree in psychotherapy, I hold a diploma in Child and Youth Care, and I have a background in crisis intervention with youth. Trying new resources, considering new perspectives, and reflecting on yourself in therapy can bring about positive change.
Appointments are in-person or virtual, and my rate is $120 +HST per hour session.
I'm pleased to offer parents and teens a free, 20 minute consultation where you can share more about you and your situation, and we can assess how we might work together.
I encourage teens to be present during the consultation.
