Working with a student psychotherapist is mutually beneficial and safe. Clients benefit from affordable rates and the psychotherapist student benefits from real-world experience and supervision. Students must be supervised by a qualified psychotherapist while working towards registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
My aim is to create a safe and empathetic space, where we can work together on any challenges that you may be facing. No matter how difficult life may seem right now, therapy can be a place of hope and healing.
In addition to compassion, acceptance, and sensitivity, I offer practical tools that foster change and renewal. I take an integrated approach to therapy, drawing upon various therapeutic theories and modalities, with the intention of serving your own needs and circumstances. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I am a master’s (Candidate) in the Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy program at Martin Luther University College, working towards registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I also hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Swansea University in Wales. Therapy can be provided in both English and Greek
